Review of the USA / Southern Africa / USA BAF Surcharge 11/02/2010 Dear Customer, Please be advised, following a review of the applicable bunker surcharge against the present fuel oil prices, MOL wish to announce a revision to the present bunker surcharge applicable in the USA and Southern Africa trade. With effect from 15 March 2010, the revised bunker surcharge will become as follows: To/From South Africa (A) U.S. West Coast ------------------------- Per 20' - US$ 769.00 Per 40' - US$1538.00 Per 40' high-cube - US$1538.00 Per 45' - US$1538.00 (B) U.S. East Coast & Gulf Coast ------------------------- Per 20' - US$ 598.00 Per 40' - US$1196.00 Per 40' high-cube - US$1196.00 Per 45' - US$1196.00 The revised bunker surcharge will be effective as of the B/L date.
